Nothing will happen for us if all we do is just talk about it. In order to make things happen and create greatness in our lives, we have to get the ball rolling.

Optimism can go a really long way. Choose to be optimistic today and see what the day has in store for you with your new mindset!

Absolutely nobody is perfect, yet people still love themselves. Become one of those people by beginning to accept your imperfections and realizing that you are imperfectly perfect, and so so worthy of love and appreciation.

This is a really good reminder, and I have to remind myself of this one often. Children do not come with an instruction manual, and even if they did it would be worthless because each child is so unique! They are their own individuals and each situation has to be handled individually. Don’t worry if you mess up on your first time trying something. Nobody can get it 100 percent right 100 percent of the time and still be human.

My little bundle of joy still has 5 weeks left until his due date, and I already know this to be true. I can only imagine that feeling gets stronger once I actually meet him! Babies are such a blessing.

Self care is NOT selfish. Paint your nails. Get your hair done. Spend that little bit of extra money to try that new recipe you have been pinning and re-pinning for the past month to different boards in hopes of one day making it. Put on the dress. Do your hair the way you want. Do some makeup. Go for an extra long walk, or spend some extra time in the bath. You can’t pour from an empty cup mama!

As mothers, we get caught up in this little self-induced trap all too often. We think are children are absolutely wonderful and perfect, but then turn around on ourselves and criticize our arms, stretch marks, and other features. Those things you hate and criticize about you are just as beautiful as that little babe in your arms. Love yourself, you deserve it.

Don’t just drop everything you love to do because you are a mom. Being a mom is a great addition to you, but it is far from all you are. Don’t give up on your hobbies or interests. Do what makes your soul happy! I promise you that you can do so and still be a rockin’ mama!

OMG, when will the baby stop crying? His terrible twos are driving me absolutely NUTS!
Does that sound familiar at all? It’s aright, we all get caught up in the stress of day to day life from time to time. Just be sure to take a step back, breathe and appreciate the precious moments that you do have while you have them. An important thing I learned from my grandmother is that no matter how hard you want to, you can’t get time back. Enjoy the little things while they last.

You do not have to drastically change yourself to be lovable. You are perfectly lovable just the way that you are, mom bun, leggings, curse words and all. You are worthy of love without changing a single thing.
That’s the end of the list!
